LIFE ON A FARM

As an egg laying hen contributing to the egg industry, you will live about one to two years. As you begin to age, you will lay fewer eggs. As you come to the end of your peak egg production, you will be staved for about 18, yes 18, days in order to shock your body into one last egg laying cycle.

Starving you is no problem for the farmers! It saves money, as they will not have to pay for your food!

Your body gives out. Death is ahead.
