You figured out the first clue!
Hopefully you actually found where clue 2 is and not just clicked on this tab, but anyways clue 2 is at the President's Room. While at the President's Room, we discovered that the first clue is "baloons." What could this first clue mean? We won't know without the rest of the clues, so go along with Steve and continue the search.
