THE FOLLOWING IS A TRANSCRIPTION OF AN EYEWITNESS REPORT.

[Man 1]: Well I was walking our dog and thought I head like, a ... loud noise? I don't know that I've heard a gunshot before but it was definitely sudden or out of place. [REDACTED] barked once or twice but I didn't think anything of it,

[Man 2]: I heard it too ... I was home! I had no idea what that was but it was just like this loud ... And it happened again maybe thirty seconds after that? The second time it was louder, and I think at that point I knew it was something bad.

[Man 1]: After the second time I ran home.

[Man 2]: We like tried to find online if anything was happening. I always do that when I think something could be going on ... check on news websites and stuff ... see if they're like live updating, maybe I can see what's going on.

[Man 1]: I was like 'Hey, I don't know what's going on' because at this point we'd heard it a lot more times and we were pretty certain it was gunshots.
