YOU CONTINUE ON THE PATH with the scarecrow when you see something in the distance.

You and the scarecrow walk over and see that its a man made out of tin.
He is too rusty from the rain to move any parts of his body but you realize the oil pot next to him and start pouring it on his limbs.

Once all of his joints are oiled, the tin man is able to walk and talk again, and confesses that he longs for a heart.

You realize that the Wizard of oz can help the tinman fulfill his dream!
