You gulp as you accept her help. She beams at you and sticks a hand in her mouth and pulls out a tooth. You stand up and immediately vomit on the floor. When she tries to hand it to you but she slips on your vomit. Her loose tooth goes flying in the air and hits a pigeon in the face. The pigeon falls to the ground on top of the old lady stomach.
