As you land, you look past the monster, remembering your life, and all you've dreamed of. It all makes sense now. You feel your hair reaching further down your back. Your clothes feel tighter and tighter against your chest as it tingles, feeling every fiber of cloth as it continues to stretch. A sweet familiar aroma envelopes you, though it’s never been experienced before. You take a deep breath and jump high in to the air. Instead of falling to the ground however, you land firmly on a piece of ground thrown upside-down into the air by the creature. Despite it being mid-air, you feel completely stable. Your center of gravity is lower, but this feels more natural to you. In fact, despite this transformation, you feel more like yourself than ever. The way your body reacts to the world is exactly how your mind imagines it. You realize that it has been less than one second since the battle began. You look up at the ground, seeing your footsteps still in the grass, and blades which were stuck to you floating slowly to the earth.
