The following day, you wake up at a decent time and spend much of the morning getting some reports done while sipping a cup of coffee. It isn’t until past lunchtime that you get a text from your friend. She gives you the details for the movie, causing you to set aside your work to get ready.
Sporting some comfortable pants and a warm jacket, you find your friend waiting for you in front of the movie theater. You both buy a ticket at the counter and head towards the concession stand. You buy some overpriced popcorn and water before finding your seats.
The experience could have been better. The movie seemed to drag on, no matter how interesting the description had sounded. You ran out of water halfway through and feel as though you wasted money coming when you could have been finishing your work.
Go home.
