You spend the next morning researching various drop-in skill classes that are offered near you. After mulling through a few options, you find an affordable cooking class that’s being taught a few streets away. Quickly eating a granola bar and grabbing your bag, you head to the building.

You know you made the right choice when the teacher enters and announces that you are learning to make homemade pizza, along with a gourmet salad.

Overall, the class was quite enjoyable. It was not too packed, it kept at a nice pace, and now an hour and a half later you have two new recipes to add to your cookbook.

Go home.
