This song played through my earbuds as I walked down the hall of my middle school. I was in the 8th grade and I had just turned 14. I scrolled through Tumblr on my phone. Dan and Phil had just uploaded a new video.
I walked with my shoulders hunched forward a bit. Spoiler alert, I wouldn't figure out until years later that I subconsciously do that to conceal my chest as well as I can. I don't make eye contact with anyone as I head to my locker. I don't think anyone knows who I am.
