SNL Standby Line

I camped out for SNL Standby so many times during my freshmen year. Once I camped out from Thursday night to Saturday morning for John Mulaney tickets during a rain and snow storm.

Here are some tips if you ever want to camp out for SNL tickets:

• Be prepared to sleep outside. Bring as much food, snacks, and blankets as possible.
• Check the weather!!! Don't be like me and my friend where we sat outside in the rain and snow.
• Don't be afraid to talk to the people in line with you! I got to meet so many cool people and it adds to the experience.
• Bring something to do while camping out. Whether it's homework or a book to read, trust me you do not want to be bored.
• Portable chargers are lifesavers.
• Plan ahead. The first time my friend and I camped out we did it on the spot and didn't plan beforehand. Also know that just because you camped out, doesn't mean you are guaranteed entry to the show.
