The end.

Brennan calls you one day, sounding a bit upset. "Hey, I am really sorry we haven't seen each other enough this past week or so, work has been really crazy, but I have off this Friday, so we can finally get dinner! I realized I never gave you an anniversary present, so I have something super special. Anyways, I gotta get back to work, but I'll see you Friday!"

Your boss calls you to talk about whatever it is that she warned you about. Preparing for the worst, you're slightly shocked. "Hey, I really need you to show up to work a little more. I know you have a lot going on with school, but we really need to see you because you do a good job. Because of that, we will consider giving you a raise soon, but only if you prove you are reliable." You can do that for sure. You're excited to continue your job and double excited at the prospect of a raise.

It seems that your fears are just those. Whatever scenarios you've created in your head are not reality, and the people in your life care about you enough to see past whatever transgressions you feel you've made. You realize that everything turned out fine in the end.

End.

Try again.
