Super-PACs can't directly contribute to a candidate's campaign. But they can release their own messages, independently funded and produced, that are supporting or opposing a candidate. As for the whole cooperation thing, your policy-making friends can make public statements through various media platforms with a very specific (your Super-PAC) audience. If you or someone connected to the Super-PAC just so happens to see it, well, that can't be helped...
