When the show ends, you sneak backstage and into one of the dressing rooms. You come face to face with the green one. She is startled at first and in the process of de-greening, but you go up to her and she starts petting you. You struggle to find a way to get her to realize that you want to be out in the light with her, by her side, day after day. You manage to get her to follow you onto what she calls the stage and try to show her how happy you are. She doesn't understand you but she takes you back to her dressing room and makes a bed for you. She introduces you to her friends as "The Gershwin Cat", you're unaware of what this means, but happy to be able to spend every day with these people and the stage, even if they will never understand you'd rather be on it. This is a pretty good close second.
