Homeschooled 3rd grader that lives in the same apartment complex as Dawn. His older brothers moved out two years ago and his little sister just passed. His parents are rarely home and the only way he finds joy is by taunting Dawn. He stands at the peephole every day, waiting for her to get home so he can call her ugly or something like that. He doesn't really like doing it but it's the only thing that numbs his pain.
