The brick is cool against your fingers. You didn't realize how hot you were- maybe it wouldn't be so bad to sit for a minute. You slip off your tight shoes, giving your feet a break.
A loud banging wakes you up- did you fall asleep?
"C'mon, how much longer are you gonna take?" Shouts someone outside. The bathroom line must be so long.
You reach around for your shoes, but can't find them in the darkness. The banging starts up again. "Seriously, did you die in there?"
