Tony Kushner's Angels in America has become one of the most renowned plays of its time. Featuring topics surrounding the AIDS crisis of the 1980s, queer culture, as well as Jewish and Christian cultures and mythologies, Kushner's work has touched and inspired us since its original premiere at the Eureka Theatre Company of San Francisco in May of 1991.
