You decide to help Kevin with his work so that it gets to a point to where it is easy for him to manage. You even teach him some of your techniques so he can stay on top of everything. Eventually the boss takes notice of Kevins new talents and decides to fianlly give him his raise. However, that unfortunely means that he has to let someone go, and sadly your name was next on the list.
