You get up and walk outside without bringing a mask since it's a pretty close walk from your house.
As you get closer to the paper, a construction worker walks over to the area and picks it up for you. You remember you are not wearing a mask and see the worker is not either.
You decide to run back into your house so you don't risk catching anything, leaving the paper outside.
