Wrigley Field
- Wrigley Field is currently baseball’s second oldest ballpark, as it was constructed by Zachary Taylor Davis for only $250,000. The stadium was later opened to the public on April 23, 1914.
- The Cubs ballpark has had a few name changes throughout the course of its history. From 1914-1920, it was known as Weeghman Park, and then from 1920-1925, it was known as Cubs Park before being named Wrigley Field from 1926 on.
- Currently the seating capacity is 41,649, and many fans come to see the classic ivy covered outfield walls and hand-operated scoreboard.
