Danielle and April happened to be travelling right before Covid got really bad in Europe. They didn't even know what Covid really was at that point. However, they learned more when Italy went into a total shut down and they realized they would have to stay there for an indefinite amount of time.
It was the best of times and it was the worst of times.
They had to be completely dependent on each other and work together to make it through the trip.
It was times like these when Danielle was thankful that she married April and April was thankful that she had married Danielle.
They had a lot to be thankful for. Their health, safety, and most importantly, each other.
Falling in love all over again.
