Dave moves in to his dorm. Dave likes his roommate, Barry and they become friends.
Dave is a natural at his accounting classes, even though he does not like them they are easy for him and he gets good grades.
Barry starts dating a girl named Rebecca and Dave spends a lot of his time hanging out with Barry and Rebecca.
One day Rebecca introduces Dave to her roomate Karen. Dave likes Karen a lot and they start dating.
They continue to date throughout college. During his junior year Dave gets an internship at
an accounting firm. He finds the job boring but he his is really good at it and everyone at the firm loves him.
On his last day his boss tells him when he graduates there is a position waiting for him here with an impressive salary.
Although Dave knows that taking the accounting job is the responsible choice,
he sometimes feels like he is missing out on so many experiences and considers taking a year to himself.
Dave decides he has to do the smart choice so after graduating from college he accepts the position.
