I think I've been doing pretty well with this diet I'm so glad I just drank the water because it let me lose another pound but I had zero energy and had to skip out on the girls night my group was having But being skinny will be worth it. Thanks for the advice, you're the best friend ever! I'm worried because I feel really terrible. I have no energy, I feel sick and I'm so tired. But I need to seriously consume nothing today!
