I CANT BELIEVE PROM IS TOMORROW!

I think I've been doing pretty well with this diet The snack I had yesterday made me feel better for a little bit better for about an hour but later I had zero energy and had to skip out on the girls night my group was having. But being skinny will be worth it, and I atleast lost half a pound! Thanks for the advice, you're the best friend ever! I'm worried because I feel really terrible. I have no energy, I feel sick and I'm so tired. But I need to seriously consume nothing today!

What can I do to make myself feel better?
