I can't believe I ate lunch yesterday, I gained a pound and then I ate at the girls night we had last night since I already screwed up in the first place. I gained a pound, how could you let me do this!? You're going to lose and you're being a bad friend! I need to not eat a single thing today but I am feeling so hungry and tired. I can barely get out of bed!
