After 6 months from choosing to file for bankruptcy, the family has finally been able to be in control of their debt but restructuring a plan to pay it off. After choosing to file for bankruptcy, "Father" checked with his contact at Ford Motors company who was able to help get a management position for the company. "Mother" was finally able to stress less on the family's financial issues, which allowed her to get the confidence and charisma needed to be a homes-seller again. "Son" has now graduated from Law School and will now work towards becoming a criminal defense lawyer. Overall, the family is happy with the positions they are each currently in.

The participants will continue on in their lives; however, you will not be the one deciding what they do, they will. It is unclear whether or not the participants will continue to be in their current emotional states in the future; however, these results will be analyzed further to establish whether or not "Project Butterfly" will be considered successful.
