A year after quitting her job and deciding to sue her boss, "Mother" has now been unable to find a permanent job. However, "Mother" feels satisfaction that she was able to sue he boss with "Son" as the prosecution lawyer. Recently, they were able to win the case and her ex-boss has been senetence for 25 years in jail. A few months following her decision quit and sue, "Mother" and "Father" rekindled their love for each and plan to remarry soon. "Father" has now graduated and was able to get a management position at Ford Motors company. "Son" plans to continue doing prosecution work as he believes he can continue to have success in the field. Overall, each family is happy with the way things turned out, even "Mother" despite her inability to find a permanent job.

It is unclear whether or not the participants will continue to be in their current emotional states in the future; however, these results will be analyzed further to establish whether or not "Project Butterfly" will be considered successful.
