You wake up to the sound of a constant beeping.
Why is everything white?
Where are all of these voices coming from?!
You try to speak but stop quickly after seeing your parents wide-eyed with tears streaming down their faces. What you don't remember is that the back of your head hit concrete causing it to crack with the hard fall. Not only that, the drugs had to be forced out of your system before they killed your body.
Your parents wait to explain this to you at home. A place where they can lecture you about what a pill is and why you should never take one from someone who isn't a doctor, parent, or professional.
You fall back asleep as your parents whisper how happy they are your okay.
Maybe you should have just stayed home.
