You take a deep breath and do as they ask, but not without a few tears escaping in the process. As soon as they say you can put your clothes back on you hurry to redress. The nurses say you did well, but you can’t bring yourself to look them in the eye, much less say anything back. They bring you out to the common area where it seems people have started waking up as some people are sitting on the couches. They tell you since you are still on suicide watch, you can’t leave the unit and go to the cafeteria, but if you go sit on the couches with the other people who can't leave they will bring you food soon. You find a place on a couch slightly removed from other people and keep to yourself. Most people aren't talking to anyone, but some are quietly whispering to one or two other people. They bring you all food in a take out tray that consists of toast, eggs, a sausage, and juice.
